1. Contact us to place an order.
  2. With Large fish orders within California, 3rd party carrier live hauling company will be used, and a qoute given base upon your location from our farm.  Large amount of fish out of the state of California will be shipped Air Freight with an airline.  We will provide you airway bill number and airline information.
  3. We also ship UPS Next Day Air or UPS Ground, depending on your location.  This is most convient for smaller orders for our customers. Next Day Air is always guaranteed live upon arrival.  
  4. Shipment will be made on the next available shipping date (Mon and Wed) after ordering and payment is completed.  We will forward you the UPS tracking number.
  5. Fish will be double bagged with fresh oxygen and a box charge of $10 will be applied per box shipped.
  6. We quarantine our Koi and Goldfish three weeks prior to shipping.  We recommend you follow the routine quarantine procedure on your end.  We do not quarantine food fish, but suppliment with salt solution.
